A woman can be the cheater and the reason for divorce and you will support her as she seeks checks years down the road because "fairness".

That depends on the checks. She wouldn't be entitled to permanent spousal support if she cheated.

That has nothing to do with community property, though.

People need prenups.

Yeah, he's suddenly at the top of the college football world, he's rich, and he has younger women throwing themselves at him.

yea it does and im sure the change in date is coming from the lawyer

The attempted change in the effective date was most assuredly not coming from the lawyer.

but these are the facts

1) the coaching staff in 2019 was put together by him and he had 100% carte blanche in doing so

Hmm, his DC and OC were both Miles hires (in fact his DC was his former boss). His OC brought in Brady. How many of the remaining staff were Miles hires? Sounds like you're rewriting history a bit.

2) the players on that 2019 team were all his players he recruited

All of them?

Look, as I've said already, O had the wherewithal to not screw things up. I'm grateful for that.

I brought up a case mentioned in the dissent that included case law which should've helped O's case. I hope this helps.

The keyword is HIS… he could have have fired them… when is head coach not giving credit for the team’s success??? Everybody rightly so blames him for the his team’s failure.. ain’t right not to apply to success to him also

You're the one who is rewriting history

Miles' DC and OC joined his staff at his choice. He had to sign off on Brady. He and his staff recruited the players.

You pretend like all he had to do was "not mess up" when he had to build the team and the staff to even get to the point of "not messing up." And "not messing up" is so simplistically vague that it means little. LSU went undefeated and his team utterly destroyed most teams on the schedule.

Like I said, he had the wherewithal to not screw things up. I'm thankful for that. But do we really want that to be the bar for a head coach? The fact that it is just shows what a horrible coach he really is.

So with hindsight that OC and the DC were the critical components to go undefeated in the best season in CFB history ever, and O knew "not to mess that up" even though the year before LSU was barely an average football team.

Make that make sense.

Well yeah… Les has at least two more national championships if he has same wherewithal not to screw things up

Ok, I'll trust you. It's just odd that you're mischaracterizing the majority position if you've read it.

Look, we all know how Miles's tenure at LSU ended, but he's a better coach than O.

Your post doesn't make sense.

It makes a ton of sense.

You're rewriting history implying O inherited, not rehired coaches, and you are rewriting history implying the best season was inevitable as long as "O doesn't mess up."

Do you? I mean, we have pics and video of O's behavior. SFP posted some of them. Knowing what we know about O, what makes my belief so unreasonable?
