has there been many tougher runs that what Clemson has to do in 2011?

In a 15 day span Clemson hosts Auburn and FSU, then travels to VT. Follow that with games against BC, Maryland and UNC in consecutive weeks; it could be a really long year for Dabo Sweeney with a freshman QB.

Miami's opening month, Texas's 4 game span a couple of years ago, and LSU's stretch of Auburn/Florida/Bama close together is as tough if not tougher.

Clemson always finds a way to choke against Maryland or BC.

All 3 will be starting new QBs, no? Also, 2 of the 3 are at home, and Auburn is likely going to be down significantly from last year. While a tough stretch no doubt, it's nowhere near the toughest.

What makes you think Auburn is going to be anything special next year? As bad as Clemson was last year, they lost to ya'll by only 3 at Auburn, as I'm sure you are aware. Nothing against Auburn personally, just think they are losing too much and will lose at least 5 games.

and Tahj Boyd will be a RS Soph, not a freshman. Just saying. Not saying that makes a "ton" of a difference, but he's played at least.

Losing the best playmakers on both sides of the ball and having to replace 4 starting OL. Also, that means that 4 new OL are going to be protecting a 1st year starter in the SEC. That's a recipe for disaster.

+1 They have to play all the SECW teams and don't get any of the bottom dwellers from the SECE (Kentucky, Vanderbilt, or Tennessee). Also, away games are Clemson, USCe, Arkansas, LSU, UGA. And to top it off, a 4 game stretch of USCe, Arkansas, Florida and LSU (only 1 is a home game).

Call me crazy.. but I think Clemson actually wins 9-10 games next year not including a bowl game and the ACC Championship.

Losses to Florida State, South Carolina, and possibly one of Va Tech/North Carolina.

LSU

Oregon
NW State (Scrub)
@Miss. State
@West Virginia

Kentucky
Florida
@Tennessee
Auburn
@Alabama

W. Kentucky
Ole Miss
Arkansas

Both of those bolded streaks are more daunting.

It's pretty daunting to travel to Blacksburg and play OOC against the teams in last season's SEC championship game.

This is NOT as duanting as it looks.

Fla will be down as will AU. Bama will be Bama, and TENN is not as good as some may think.
