Fields at 5 may be worse than Lawrence at 2

Nvm Mond even being discussed is a disgrace.

Honestly who doesn't. I hate them as much as I hate Atlanta, Tampa Bay and Panthers.

That shitty boring football divison is always on Fox every Sunday morning. Which is why I only watch the night game now.

in what world does Jackson over Allen look like a "miss
Obviously people have forgotten Jackson won League MVP. Even if Allen edges out Jackson long term it isn't a glaring miss by Simms. Its still early.

Simms has been spot on & the only miss so far is underrating Daniel Jones. Nothing glaring.

Simms suffered a season-ending injury in Game 3 of the 2006 schedule. On Sunday, September 24, he was taken off the field after taking hard hits from the Carolina Panthers defense. Simms returned to the game and even led a successful scoring drive, but remained in physical distress and was taken to a nearby hospital after the game. Tests revealed a ruptured spleen, and Simms immediately underwent emergency surgery. In the aftermath, Simms said he lost five pints of blood before the operation and conceded that another 45 minutes without treatment could have been fatal. The injury is believed by some to have been caused by an illegal hit from Al Wallace, who was later fined by the NFL. However, Simms was complaining of pain and shortness of breath, symptoms of a spleen issue, prior to the hit. Playing on a one-year, $2.1 million contract signed before the season, Simms was eligible for free agency for 2007.
Had his spleen removed I believe.

Too early to really tell on 2020 but so far his only miss in 3 years is putting Drew Lock at 2 instead of Danny Dimes.

Have Lock and Jones really played all that differently?

Dude has a hell of an arm, and can make incredible throws in tight windows. But he also can make bone-headed throws.

I like to think I have watched Mond more than many posters on this board (for obvious reasons) and I cannot disagree with this more. Mond's biggest problem is his accuracy. Those tight throws he sometimes made were serendipity.

I hope I am wrong about him and I wish him all the luck in the NFL. But, if he continues airmailing 7 yard slants like in college he is never going to leave the bench/scouting team.

Maybe they were serendipitous but I recall him making some insane throws...followed by awful airmails

I really can't understand why grown men get their panties in a wad over what some analyst says or rankings they out out etc. It's just an opinion. Some people are so fragile.

Actually, I was skeptical too at first. But here are his rankings for the last 3 QB classes, pretty spot on. And granted, I'm not the biggest Mac fan when it comes to him transitioning to the NFL, but Simms' track record has made me think maybe I've been a little hard on him.

i don't really have a problem with that.

I mean the Lawrence is going #1 anyway so you're splitting hairs there

but Wilson should be the next player taken in the draft after him but that's just my opinion.

We've seen a ton from Mond and not as much from Justin Fields and I'd say Fields upside is more inticing.

Mac Jones sure gets a lot of hate for a guy that not many believed in going into last season. I mean think about it he was the reason people couldn't take Bama as serious and he crapped all over that. He was way better than Tua.

I Don't know or pretend to know a thing about Trey Lance.
