re: Chris Paul requesting trade from Rockets, relationship with HardLn deemed "unsalvageable"

Money you are confusing yourself. CC will be better next year than they were this year. Just like they were better last year than the year before that. Any move that makes the team better is on the table. Moves that don’t make the team better aren’t considered. You don’t trade Chris in hardens prime, unless it makes you better today. You don’t have no interest in someone or something who can’t help you for two years. Chris is still a great player

When you have harden you are guaranteed to g sweep through the playoffs Unless you come across an all time great team like GOAT. Hardwn has 4 g sweep wins in the playoffs the last 3 seasons. And two losses to GOAT. Harden and the rockets dominate the post season. Except for when they are up v the best team the league has seen.
Under Anthony Davis, the Pels swept literally every team they played in the playoffs until they played Golden State. A truly remarkable feat that even James Harden couldn’t achieve.

I told you guys about Davis 3-4-5 years ago. Soft. No dog. No leadership. Etc etc. I am glad to see you come around albeit literally years after we had him all figured out.

Not without trying, though!

Why not. Harden went Harden mode with Paul out and never reverted back. I'm not sure CP would be missed.

I agree that they are the team to beat in the west even if they give Chris away, but Daryl isn’t willing to lose a trade.

Keep looking at that contract.........just insane

Worst NBA contract

It’s not that bad. It don’t bother me. it’s not anything that will stop them from being best in the west next year. If you have harden you can have a lot of dead money or whatever you wanna call it on your cap bc of how good he is.

Harden is good, but he's not a guy who can carry a team to a title by himself. Just isn't.

Sure he can. put Houston in the east this year and then get the finals version of GOAT that TOR got and it woulda been done this year.

Well to be fair, cut-rate franchises like Houston are more about having fun than actually winning titles.
If you want to see Finals games in the state of Texas, basketball fans go to Alamo City or even, peradventure, Big D.
But Houston's fun though. Sometimes.

Boom seems to forget that even the great LeBron couldn't pull it off by himself. Even in 2016 it took Kyrie, some Golden State injuries, and a nut punch from Dray to pull it off.
At least LeBron has actually made the finals, so I'll give him that.

That is not moving nothing. Nobody was beating CC in a series this year or last besides GOAT. That is with or without Chris. and if they woulda got GOAT with no Kevin or klay of course they woulda beat them too.

We just gonna pretend that KD didn't go down vs. choke city and y'all still did what y'all do?

We'll levy with you and move them back to San Diego like you want

They're like the YMCA of Texas. Don't win any significant titles, but you can still go get a suicide at the concession stand
