Cubs are so good this year. No real flaws in that club. Gonna be a tough nut to crack whoever gets them in the playoffs.

frick the Marlins

They continue to keep these quitting pigs in the wild card race. Put them down, Cubs are putting them out of their misery, do the same.

they continue to stay in the race and Mo will use injuries as excuses, it will be the same ole bullshite from him in offseason. They fade to end season and he will have to make changes.

Matheny needs to go.

I agree. They had their moment to get their shite together and make a run after sweeping the Cubs but its hard to do when your starters are inconsistent, your manager bungles the bullpen daily. Im ok with MO not making moves to sign FA's that were widely talked about. Moss has been better than Davis. Piscotty is light years better than Heyward etc. The injuries are legit though. Hard to battle through, bad defense, inconsistent starters , and a bad manager with these injuries. Carp, Diaz, Holliday, Moss et al. Not gonna happen. Matheny needs to go. I know a lot of Cards fans bag on Maddon but he manages circles around Matheny. Its kind of sad that the Cards have wasted some of this current cores window letting this clown cut his teeth in the major leagues.

We may have gotten more lucky by not resigning Heyward than we did with Pujols. Pretty crazy.

Saving that huge load of cash is going to pay dividends after these next few free agent classes, especially if we go through with acquiring Sale this offseason.

Agree, as usual. Have to see how Waino looks next season. His contract might become an albatross as well.

Losing out on Price looks good so far too.
