I think it's possible. But that pick is more just having lastella play against a pretty tough strikeout pitcher.

I don't see the Cubs doing much platooning with Baez up. The only way Baez doesn't start at 2B is if he is in AAA IMO.

Ok. So we can use anyone. Because I really think that trout could help our of situation. It's only slightly more unlikely than Bryant on the opening day roster.

My bad I missed the guidelines you wanted to use to "Post your Opening Day Lineup". I guess I'm not the only one who missed it either.

No need to get stupid. Bryant is a Cub after all and while there's a strong chance he gets sent down, it's still a possibility. You're a smart and logical poster... no need to get defensive because I posted a lineup I would like to see on opening day.
