you also have to look at what has happened to Detroit since Billups left. If he is still in Detroit they are scaring people in the East right now.
I'm not gonna dare get into a who's better, but I will say I always hated when my team was playing Chauncey Billups in the playoffs. Dude is fricking scary and he is a sniper. Straight Kill Shots.

I'd take CP3, but I tried to tell a bunch of you Hornet homers that Billups was all Denver needed to be a contender in the West. The only team that will knock them out in the West is L.A. and I still expect that to be a fight.

He's great, but the Pistons weren't going to scare anyone this year. They wouldn't have finished ahead of the Magic, so they probably would have played Atlanta or Miami in the first round, which they may have gotten out of. Pistons with Chauncey wouldn't win 2 games against Orlando or Boston, and may have won 1 game against Cleveland.

I'm not sure which Orlando and Boston you've been watching. I think a Billups/Pistons could go either way with both of those teams.

wow. Boston without KG is not the Boston of last year, and Orlando lacks a killer instinct ballhandler that you need in the playoffs....and Howard's offense still might not be refined enough for playoff ball.
Detroit if healthy and with Billups has a real chance to beat all teams in the east except for Cleveland.

I can't remember, but could you remind what that thread was where I hurt your little fricking feelings, sally?

Boston has struggled with Chicago because they are more athletic and have a solid bench. The Pistons with Chauncey have neither of those. Boston's D is much better in the half court game that the Pistons play.
Orlando blew game 1 when Philly shot almost 60% from 3 and got right back on track in game 2. They'll win that series in 5. I wouldn't take into account what happened in game 1 as any indication that Orlando isn't a tough team.
The Pistons are way past the days when they were a great defensive squad. You think having Chauncey on that team masks the fact that Detroit is still marching out an old, tired Rasheed Wallace and Antonio McDyess astheir front line? And Kwame off the bench? No way that could go either way.

There was no thread in particular. You just say some corny shite. Nothing personal.

people seem to forget the 1st 5 years of Chauncey Billups
Posted on 4/23/09 at 7:08 pm to TigerPhan27
I don't give a frick about Chauncey Billups. This was an obvious(I thought) attempt to flame the Hornetards.
