How has Staley become an NFL head coach so fast?
Tennessee literally hired him as a GA straight from a JUCO when he had zero major college experience just to get Cordarrelle Patterson less than a decade ago.
He was a D3 position coach/coordinator 5 years ago.

This kid was great. They used to call him Spitshine Staley, I swear to God! Now he'd make your helmets look like frickin' mirrors, 'scuse my language. He was terrific, he was the best.
