This is frickin ridiculous. The ref right there had to turn away and didn’t see the penalty and no other ref can call a blatant pass interference?

Tulane only completed one pass in the first half and that was on the last play of the half. The QB was able to get some good runs but it wasn't enough to overcome the total lack of passing. I haven't watched the second half closely.
