The receiver dusted the DB the first time. Beck either underthrew it by 8 yards, or chose to throw a back shoulder when his guy had the DB beat by 3 yards. I’m going to assume it was a back shoulder.
Then, the next play, the DB is clearly playing off and Beck tried to throw another back shoulder that he jumps.
They were two truly awful throws.
