Yeah I’m not really sure what BYU is doing on defense. They’re treating it like the QB isn’t a threat to run at all.

It’s because it took them 3 seconds to actually throw the flag and blow the play dead.
Mostly because they didn’t see a penalty, they were just reacting to the Utah players saying there was a penalty.
