There is zero way that guy could tell that the foot in bounds hit before the foot out of bounds on that 10 inch screen.

I'm biased but it looked like the tip of the cleat hit the same time as the toe to me.

I saw it on a 60inch high definition TV and I can't tell if one foot hit before the other. If you put a gun to my head, I'd say they both it at the same time. Zero way that dude saw enough to over turn that.

That's pretty much where I'm at. I don't see how that could be overturned. Had it been called complete initially I'd feel the same way about an overturn. It looked fairly simultaneous and I flat out could not tell which hit first.
