ASU
QB centered the ball and went down, putting the ball on the ground after he was down. An ASU player laid on it while the refs just let the clock run down. There was 16 seconds or so to go.
They let the ASU guy delay the game, and then picked their arse while setting the ball, to the point there was no time to spike the ball.

Very serious. Every play completed was a clock stoppage normally. From almost 8 mins left to now 3.
