Blowing the play dead based on stopped forward progress is just so subjective. Some refs are quick to blow the whistle while others just let some bullshite go on.

Brooks definitely crossed the LOS, was knocked back 2 yards, then handed the ball forward to CW. No way that should have stood.

Shouldve been illegal man downfield on that 1st down by OU. Lineman was 3 yards downfield when the forward handoff happened
