Yeah I was kind of just throwing that out there. His head noticeably moved so it was a valid PF.

I didn’t see a reach but he was clearly clocking the whole thing and just flubbed it trying to draw that incidental line I was referencing.

There is no excuse for that facemask penalty to not be called in todays game. There should be an army of people watching the game somewhere centrally that can immediately have the refs make the correct call. It’s the championship game and you can’t get that call right blatant incompetence

Yes. I agree. Every FBS game should be watched from a central office for penalties and relayed through to Head ref. There should be a team for auto watch. And if AI has made it to where cameras can pick up any penalty, then that too. Tired of games being decided by refs who can't do their job correctly.
