This game was like every 'Cuse game this year. Play like shite on offense, play decent defense, keep it close only to have Dino's boneheaded decisions frick it away at the end.

Fair enough, but he got the Syracuse job by managing to win 10 games at BGSU, so I figured he was slightly more competent than this.

I don’t think Syracuse should be playing the uptempo air it out game Dino wants to. You’re playing a losing game trying to outrun the southern teams in the conference.
I think you have to build around the defense and running game.

Dino abandoned the up tempo thing two seasons ago. Defense and a balanced offense has always been the formula for winning at Syracuse. I have no idea who would be a good fit. I wouldn't bitch if Doug Marrone came back.
