Tirico isn’t really all time great. He gets romanticized now he’s the backup.
Tirico is very good as is all PBP guys that are leads nationally or down to 3rd team.
The more you hear a guy the more disdain they seem to get.

Ian Eagle and Kevin Harlan are smooth. I don't mind Spero Dedes and Andrew Catalon either. But I won't listen to any game Nantz is assigned.

Neither bothered me, When I watch a live event and I don’t need some talking head telling what I’m actually watching. If so I would quit watching all together.

Going back many years, Dick Enberg is my favorite football pbp guy, while Al Derogatis was my favorite expert commentator.
