Fox is going to have to do one of those puff pieces where Terry Bradshaw sits in the film room with Kyler and they lie about how he does 40+ hours a week of film study.

spot on

Strahan will tell us how his sources in the league and people around the team tell him he’s the hardest worker in the building.

I like how Kylers statement was like “it’s totally ludicrous that people would think I don’t need to study film!”

Meanwhile last year he was directly bragging that he doesn’t feel the need to watch a ton of film because of his superior processing power

I genuinely believe that the Cardinals wouldn’t have fought for this provision unless there was a serious issue

He was doing good until Hopkins got injured. Never a good sign when the WR1 is the one carrying the offense. Murray needs to eat some humble pie and hope Kingsbury never gets fired.

Murray is an entitled pussy. He's earned the lack of respect.

Great talent, soft heart, weak head.

I love this story. They didn't care what it looked like when the put it in. Now they don't understand that it isn't the clause itself that is subjecting them to ridicule, it is the fact they felt they needed it. Going, "whoops we'll take it out now" does nothing. The damage or impact was done when it was found out they had it. It would have been the same if it leaked that they wanted that clause but didn't get it originally.

We should call fundamental misunderstanding of contract situations a "Kingsbury" going forward.

Called " lazy" by unathletic couch potatoes. You dont just show up & become NFL Offensive ROY, complete nearly 70% of your attempts, etc....

??? Why? He didn’t write or negotiate the contract.

I'm assuming someone had to check with the coach to see if that clause was necessary. I think that's a pretty good assumption as the only people that would be in a position to voice that concern would be the coaching staff. So the "why" is logic.

I mean…Mike Vick did it for a few years and was pretty good.

Could have been in the GOAT conversation if he wasn’t partying and choking dogs when he should have been studying. You have a ceiling when all you can do is play backyard ball.

Lazy’s a bit much but if a former number one pick interested in securing an absolutely colossal bag has such issue with a basic expectation…we know how this story is going to end, and it’s not with Kyler playing up to his draft spot.
