Can Penix Jr finish a rivalry game with a Heisman type game winning drive?

I’m curious to see. Young man is a winner and very valuable to his team that is battling for a CFP birth (November football that means something).

Very impressive drive to try and will his team to 12-0.

Not sure how many other QBs in nation get it done here.

Washington State drops two interceptions on the drive, and Washington had to resort to a reverse on 4th down.

JJ McCarthy deserves the Heisman more than Penix.

Keyword nearly.

The little details are what make legends.

No..

His stats are pedestrian vs an average WAZZU team at home.

He lost the trophy unless he blows Oregon out

That’s a high IQ play for Penix Jr. to take that sack that allowed the clock to keep running but to have the presence to try and get the ball centered.

Congratulations to him!

Nearly three 2 picks and the kicker saved the day. Oh and the coach had balls of steel running a reverse

Is this the 1st WA game you’ve watched since the first UO/WA game?

Washington throwing the ball at the end was almost as dumb as auburn’s 2 man rush.

Tried their hardest to throw 2 ints.
