In fact of the 9 boys to run in the 5A finals, none of them would have finished last. The slowest boys time was still faster than the slower women's final time. So yes, a high school boy could beat Olympic caliber womens sprinters.

The elite high school programs are probably better than the bottom 5% of DI teams.
Think of the worst men's DI team in America. What would happen if they played the UConn women?
