The league was ready to crown Stroud after his rookie year too

If JD has a 2nd year negative regression like Stroud, since his first year was so better he'll still have a better year than Stroud's rookie year

Truly believe Jayden is the next face of the league and has a sophomore season similar to Burrow’s where he just takes that next step. And he already had the better rookie season. Just insane to think about but he’s basically unstoppable minus his Gumby frame.

Skins getting Jayden feels like LSU getting Burrow after having to endure so many years of terrible to meh to average QB play.

Those shoes are hilarious.

But we should also acknowledge - the shoes also look like something Joe Burrow would wear when taking those new NFL “red carpet” walks.

You truly believe this solely based on where he went to college. If he went to Oregon, yall would be shitting on him

It’s pathetic

No, you’re pathetic because you don’t know shite about football yet parade in here as some kind of troll. Do you even watch football? Jayden is just as much of a threat running as Lamar and then you add in the fact he’s a much better passer than Lamar and he’s basically unstoppable. Lifted an absolute dog shite Skins offense to a force in his rookie season. He had Terry, a makeshift Oline that was ranked as one of the worst in the league the season prior, a past his prime Ertz and Ekeler and still got to the NFC champ game. Run along to some other thread with your clown takes.

He was awesome last year. So was Sam Darnold. Kaepernick made it to a Super Bowl. Let’s pump the breaks and make sure this is sustainable before we start crowning guys

I hope he keeps it up, I just don’t live my life with purple and gold glasses on.

And again, what I find so hilarious is how unobjective you retards are. If he went to a Big 10 school this board would be making up every excuse in the book how last year was a fluke

no

I still think Stroud will be an elite QB even though he had a slump last year

I’ve been hyping JD since October 2023 as the next phenom and he’s yet to prove me and many others wrong. Maybe he’s just that good that some random message board poster can notice how much of an elite QB he is. Meanwhile, you should seriously consider applying for the Bears GM role. Maybe the Browns too while you’re at it. You clearly have an eye for lack of talent.

No I don’t. The two best receivers in the league and the third best qb all went to LSU

Completion percentage for starters last season. Better rookie season than Lamar.
Oh and that whole college career season too. Did Lamar throw for 40 TDs in a season? Oh and Jayden in his first playoffs trumped Lamar’s playoff run. Put Jayden on the Ravens last season and they win the SB.

Has Lamar ever thrown for 5 TDS in the playoffs?

You said he’s a better passer than Lamar. Not his rookie season was better

Literally everything Jayden has done up to now shows a higher trajectory than Lamar. And no one trusts Lamar to show up in clutch situations. Hence his whole playoff reputation.
