Maybe it’s not the players. Maybe it’s the scheme. They’re clearly not doing something right because it’s the same shite every year.
Zac Taylor is horrible.

Joe, Jamarr, Tee, Joe Mixon, Trey Hendrickson, Von Bell, and a couple other guys have been just talented enough for him to keep his job. He is holding the team back big time.

Could have taken less money to allow for the organization to put protection around him, but he did not go that route.

You cannot do that in the modern NFL with the modern NFLPA.

Gone are the days of Brady taking "pay cuts" while being supplemented through his side businesses.

The Bengals start slow every year. They're one of those teams who just has a philosophy of building as the season goes on and are usually playing well by the end.

Starting slow as a philosophy is a losing one in football.

It’s always been this way. I used to comment it felt like I was watching LSU under Les. They can’t ever make anything easy on themselves. Everything has to be harder than it needs to be.

Burrow is the problem lol. Spending what? $120 million plus for him and his two WRs and you come out with 113 yards? That’s not on the owner nor HC, that’s on the QB and his receivers.

That's what happens when the scripted stuff is done.

They constantly draft and sign lineman, what do you want them to do?

Lol drafting and signing a bunch of shite linemen doesn't do anything.

Or he could have left that poverty franchise. He chose to resign with them

He chose money over success. Pretty telling.

The guys around him aren't the problem.

It's the other side of the ball. It's a sieve and Cincy is too cheap to fix it.

St. Jeaux called an audible on every single play that he racked up these numbers the Swamptards remind us of daily? Seems to me Taylor's scheme and play calling has done pretty well by Jeaux.

That sieve gave up a grand total of 16 points.

Doesn't matter how many times you show the Swamptards that St. Jeaux 's protection isn't anywhere near the bottom or that Jeaux holds the ball longer than almost every QB in the league, it's never his fault.
