At least when i was there they were.
no athletic scholarships, pretty sure no school can offer those. i could be wrong

yeah man, i only spent 5 years of my life at Rummel and was very good friends with a lot of athletes, several that were good enough to get big time athletic scholarships to college. Not track or cross country. Rummel doesnt care about either enough to give an athletic scholarship, to begin with.
i guess your friend was just a once in a generation athlete that they only offered him an athletic scholarship?
