I hope your right. I'm at work and can't really spend much time looking at it so I just quickly bet #2 across the board. Lets hope it hits!

Well, if Kauai Katie can get the distance, good luck.

Hopefully we make some money. May make a bunch, may make none. I do like Marketing Mix a lot. I have it underneath The Fugue. The Fugue has beaten some quality in Europe and I think the American bettors will play Marketing Mix down to the favorite.

Anyone give dreaming of Julia a shot? I think she really got something out of her last race.

Damn, what happened to quail hill?

She definitely has a shot. I went elsewhere because that race had to take a ton out of her. They were locked in from the head of the lane to the wire. Great stretch duel.

I hate this attitude. The Euros won no less than 3 races the last two times the BC was at Santa Anita. One of those years all that we heard was how hot it was and Euros wouldn't win. The hardest part of BC day is that in most races there are at least 5 horses you can make a very strong case for.

I don't have a problem with euros at santa anita.

i have a problem with euros on this course this year with sant aanita. it's unusually unforgiving this year.

aspercal, EP is the real deal.

M not saying she's not, but she struggled enough after he last work that after they scoped her they announced that she scoped fine.

That bothers me. I'm not saying she won't win, I'm just saying she CAN get beat.

i agree with you there, but i made that mistake 2 years ago with Chamberlin bridge. i had him pegged all fricking year long, week before the turf sprint, he chipped a quarter, i went batshit and tossed him, horse drew off and won 10 to 1.

shite like this happens all the time, it's just not as documented brucase it's not the breeders cup. she's too important to risk in a race like this if she wasn't cranked.

also if you watn enough racing you get a read on trainers who will run a horse who isn't ready. pletcher will in a heartbeat as will lukas.. baffert doesn't tend to do that. baffert has no qualms about calling a scratch if the hrose is not ready to roll.

I know shite like that happens

I'm married to a trainer. Lots of shite goes on that nobody knows. I just think that that's a nice field and she's not unbeatable.

I never said she was unbeatable lol. i said she wasn't going to lose this race. if she is on her B plus game this won't be a race she's just better than these. much better. Kauie Katie, dreaming julia, meh both are really scrubs IMHO.

this isn't the best rendition of the race, this is not storm flag flying / Santa Catrina / Composure lol.

You seem to have a big West Coast bias. I bet you thought Lava Man was awesome. I'm the opposite. We will never agree.
