What does the LGA define as "holding membership at a club"?
I see people on the list using LSU as their home club.

You can't be a member at LSU. There are no memberships last time I checked.

You just have to have a handicap at a LGA member club.

What's the handicap membership cost locally?
Anyone know of any fees, like at LSU or somewhere else? Just for the handicap card

When you register to get a handicap you have to pick your "home" course, even if that course doesn't have a membership per se. That's probably what they're asking you.
