Central & Zachary could name their score vs these teams.

They’re the only two ISDs in the state. There’s a reason they can name their score against the rest of BR public schools. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Technically Baker is too, but they haven't had the same success

The new Central weight room is legit. That has been a big difference at the school. The coaches don't let the players slack or take reps off. If they do, the equipment lets them know as well. The weight program is being implemented to all their sports. This is a big deal.

It is sad to see what Belair, Tara, and Broadmoor have become. Those schools used to be power houses in the 70s & 80s and it was just a matter of time after the busing was enforced that those schools would be gutted.

Even in the 80’s and 90’s, BR area schools like Broadmoor, Tara, Woodlawn, Belaire and Glen Oaks would generally underachieve.

All Central sports literally where doing weight training in a rented circus tent since last year, and didn’t even get into the new weight room until school started. Must have driven by that tent everyday for almost a year. Winter, spring, summer, rain, mud, or anything else they were in the tent!!! May be why they were so physical in all areas of the field!!

I'm very familiar with those baker teams but that was several years before Baker was an ISD

Wouldn’t those be the people who white flighted out to AP and LP though?
