Should be a good one.

Also Mikaela Mayer on the undercard isn't bad to look at.

Thank you for this. Weird boner vibe but I’ll take it.

Those body shots.

You can't become a professional fighter from the Philippines unless you can take some serious punishment.

Inoue made Dasmarinas literally melt down to the canvas.

Boxers who can throw left hooks to the liver are more lethal than ones that can hit you flush on the chin and stop you.

At least getting hit on the chin flush and getting KO'd you generally don't know you've been knocked out until you come to.

A great left hook to the liver has you feeling every miserable moment of it while the ref counts you out. It flat freezes your legs, the pain is excruciating and you usually can't get your breath to boot.

Arturo Gatti was a great body puncher, as was Mickey Ward, his opponent in 3 fights between them.

Canelo Alvarez, in the tradition of Mexican fighters, is also great at going to the body to hurt opponents. At his height of well under 6 ft. tall and fighting opponents who are almost always taller than himself at Super Middleweight to Light Heavyweight, he is a punishing body puncher.

You don't see good body work much in the amateur ranks since they only go 3 rounds, but it is more evident in the pro ranks.

Yeah, split decision win for Silva.

To be honest, Chavez Jr. is not a pimple on his dad's arse when it comes to boxing and the dedication it takes to be great in the sport.

I don't think it was a fix, although I didn't see the fight, just read about it. Silva is a genuine warrior in the ring, whether it's in MMA or now boxing.

I'll see your Inoue and raise you a Canelo Alvarez.

I only saw highlights but Chavez didn’t look like he was in great shape and was very timid early. I don’t think it was a fix but I don’t think much care went into the camp before the fight.

Chavez Jr is a light-heavy and he was fighting Silva at the cruiserweight limit, so noo, he def wasn't in shape. Chavez Jr got demolished by Canelo Alvarez awhile back when he talked trash in saying he was gonna KO Alvarez. Lol Alvarez didn't like that at all, but shite his Pops Chavez Sr was also supposed to be fighting last nite against Hector Camacho Jr. Lol

So, a typical Chavez training camp and typical lack of motivation once in the ring.

Like I said in a prior post, not a pimple on his dad's arse as a fighter.

Yeah I read where he didn’t make weight

Seem like the split decision loss was being generous to Julio.

Now Silva is preparing his son to fight
