The most telling part here is that it's NYE and the ACC has already played 8 games.

AAC has a better bowl record than the Big 12

Yawn.

With bowls being even less meaningless and kids sitting out, I don’t care.

Nothing more useless than conference bowl records. Very few are apples to apples comparisons and even the ones that are foreshadow nothing.

See: Texas v UGA

Big 12 is a small conference. 10 teams!

What does that have to do with anything?

I'm glad to hear that the trend is that bowl games are less meaningless than before.

Other than Clemson playing Ohio State and UVA loss to UF, the ACC has played no body

The Big 12 has played LSU, A&M and Norte Dame if you want to compare actual quality of opponents

The only non ranked team the Big 12 will play is A&M who had a murders row of a schedule

Texas at 7 wins gets the Pac 12 runner up
Baylor gets UGA
K State playing ranked Navy

Sorry we don’t get to chalk up wins vs Temple and the Eastern Michigan’s of the world, who Pitt almost lost too.

You aren't wrong.

LSU-OU
10-2 ND vs 7-5 ISU
11-2 Utah vs 7-5 Texas

Those three were all huge mismatches (by either the final result or the records)

Navy-KSU
UGA-Baylor
OSU-aTm

These three should be fairly evenly matched prior to the games.

Isn’t Georgia basically missing all of their starters? I still think they should beat what is a vv mediocre and overrated Baylor team, but we saw how they played last year against Texas, and Baylor will be jacked up for the game. If this game happened to be played during the regular season Baylor wouldn’t have a chance, but now who knows. I’d still go with Georgia though.

I also wonder if Alabama will get up for their game, and then factor in the qb.
