I'm genuinely curious what makes these sports different than the ones you've soured on because of the money. Hell, F1 drivers make more than most pro athletes in any sport.

He was definitely saying that for political reasons which is why I posted the NHL "trans women are women" tweet. NHL and MLB bent the knee almost as much as NFL and NBA.

Can you say bandwagon? I guess it could be worse; you could be an ARSEnal fan. Bad day to be a Spurs fan, getting destroyed in the North London Derby.

How is it bandwagon? Is no one allowed to become a fan of a team unless they start to do really poorly for a long time?

I’m in my 30s and every passing day I find myself caring less and less about pro sports. And now with NIL, college too.

Old me would have been losing my shite during that trash LSU game last night. I didn’t even really care. Hell, I’m surprised I even watched it.

Sports is still solid entertainment, but the gambling scandals, agendas and scripts, etc…it’s all made me care less. I’m apathetic about most teams I follow. I do still get very into baseball, college and pro. There’s a lot of romanticism to sitting in the stands during the summer and enjoying a sudsy beer.
