Yeah Bo is your answer and its not really close. Only sport he said he was not good at was basketball. Said he was the one black man alive that could not play. Excellent Archer from what I've heard.

I don't recall Prime hitting in the park home runs or throwing out guys at home plate from the warning track.

You know nothing. Deion hit 3 IPHRs.

deion sanders 13 second inside the park HR

youtube: Bo effs up and Deion gets inside the park HR.

Both great athletes. But the fact that Bo was doing the same or better things sped wise at his size make him the better athlete IMO.

Bo wasn't faster or more agile than Deion.

There is a whole lot of denial in this thread.

I can admit that Bo was the better athlete.
But Deion was absolutely faster (10.26 100m and 20.71 200m).

Bo's best 100m was 10.44

Had Bo not gotten hurt he would have been the ONLY person to be elected to both the pro football and pro baseball hall of fame

No question it’s Bo Jackson

This thread is getting stupid.

Either Nike is the best marketing company ever or you all are a bunch of idiots.

Bo wasn't getting into the MLB HOF. Just stop.

Bo was a better baseball player. Deion is one of the all-time football greats at his position. Bo was a star in both sports, though, before the injury.

A career .250 hitter whose best season was .279 avg.

His best OPS was
.866.

You are welcome to your opinion.
You got sold a fake baseball star by Madison Ave.
It is so obvious what that level marketing campaign does for public opinion on his career.

He did that part time and his stats were improving until he got hurt.

Regardless of all of that. He’s still a better athlete than Deon.

He was faster than Deon. 4.13 vs 4.27

You want to talk marketing, Deon was a walking freaking billboard of promotion. “Prime time” was self promotion.

I’m sure Deon was your hero as you watched the dirty birds play on Sunday but, lord man, Bo was the real deal.

As Walter Payton said “When you're good at something, you'll tell everyone. When you're great at something, they'll tell you.”

I'm good with that.

That's bullshite.
Cornelius Washington hand timed a 4.13 forty yard dash at UGA. He's bigger than Bo. Maybe he's the better athlete?

Bo's best 100m was 10.44
Deions best was 10.26.

Deion could run laps around Bo. And Bo was fast. Deion was a freak. 13 second inside the park home run and he wasn't sprinting around first base.

Anti-hero.
I didn't and don't care for him.

But I respect what made him great (speed and recovery).

Or Madison Avenue tells you.

You think they know something about marketing and selling shoes/gear?

Buying into that sales pitch is low IQ. Ignore the 10 sportscenter highlights and actually look at the 2,626 plate appearances (and 841 strike outs).
