Anyone that thinks he won't start needs to look no further than uggla. Yes he has hit some hr's but is near the top of the league in k's and the bottom in avg. if the leash is that long with him, it will be the same for BJ

Imagine how great the Barves would be if Ugg and BJ were hitting... Maybe 20 game lead?

@ajcbraves: BJ Upton is out after six innings in CF for GWI, 3-for-4 with 2 doubles, 2 runs, 2 RBI.

I never liked the signing, but I still forgave it because I believe it was crucial in bringing Justin Upton to want to come.

I don't remember that week, but he needs to stay in the minors until this win streak is done for. We got Uggla for the past 3 years and we don't need a BJ for however many years he signed for. I didn't like this deal when it happened and put up with it because we got brothers but wasn't overjoyed about Justin individually.

We finally spend some money and we did about as bad as you could do for the money involved.

No kidding, dude needs to get a grip. We have an 11 game lead, bj could pretty much take a dump in the outfield and I wouldn't care. Only thing that matters is what he does in the post season at this point.

What's our history in the postseason? You think this guy is going to flip a switch? Hit the guddam ball, many have done it before you many will do it afterward

BJ's post season numbers are actually a little better than his regular season numbers... higher average, OBP, Slugging (25 post season games).
