Yep

It’s by far the most important piece of all of this

If Joe Brady came from elsewhere bills fans would be whacking off in the corner right now

Very first page of the McDermott firing I beleive I said give Brady the HC and make a good DC hire
You keep continuity on offense for once and allow the DC to just have to be DC

I can very easily see a Kellen Moore route where the scheme is good but game day decisions will be poor

Scheelhaase probably ends up at Raiders now. He would be youngest HC in NFL currently at 35

ETA: or 31 year old Davis Webb

That always seemed like the path they would take anyway.

It’s not better than hiring Daboll, but at least Daboll has head coaching experience.

Yes it is. Daboll was completely incompetent as head coach of the Giants.

Yeah, I'm trying to understand why Bills fans are pissed? They need a good D and that wasn't being produced. What's wrong with the O? Who is the best DC they can get at this point though?

I think Cinn is as dumb as they come for not trying to go after Ben Johnson. And Buff if McD was already on thin ice. Considering Chi was a dumpster fire for years, he obviously wanted a QB as his most important piece and would work the rest out.

I think they for sure go WR with their 1st draft pick.

At minimum by their 2nd pick depending on who's available when they pick #1.

Because the day ends in a Y

The toughest thing mentally Bills players have to deal with is living in a palace surrounded by everyone who just constantly thinks the sky is falling

What a disaster. Bills fans wanted Joe Brady and Brandon Beane gone. Instead, they fire McDermott and promote those two guys. Wow.

looks like ownership caught the Joe Brady syndrome from the rant

Marv Levy is only 100 years old. Still alive. Could bring him back in?

Jefferson isn’t going to want to stay in Minny if they can’t find a real QB

None of this matters if the Bills don’t get an elite WR in a trade

A rookie in the late first or late second won’t change the teams issues

And the defense is still average at all 3 levels

When healthy the secondary is very good.

I also think the LBs would be solid but they are over worked with the non existent pass rush

We say it every year but I think Brady and Beane may leverage everything this year and trade up and make some big trade
