And Missouri in the East isn't?

I love how many people are geographical correct about sports divisions. Missouri is i think the 3rd most west team in the SEC, it's also the most north. Outside of Arkansas, it's actually a little closer to more teams in the East or at least about the same.

Not really. According to Google it's 1 min closer to Lexington(the closest East school) than Oxford. It's also closer to Starkville than Knoxville. Gainesville and the other Columbia might as well be in Maine.

Virginia
Virginia Tech
UNC or NCSU
Louisville

ACC South:
Miami
FSU
Georgia Tech
Clemson
Duke
UNC/NCSU
Wake Forest

Rutgers would be placed in a division along with Maryland, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Penn State and either Indiana or Purdue.

Its gonna be ugly for rutgers, but i knew it would be. Should be able to win 2 division games a year.

Its about the same distance to Oxford as Lexngton and Nashville. Knoxsville, Tuscolusa, Auburn and Starkvegas are all pretty similar. Athens is about the same as BR and CS. All are more likely places you'd fly to I'd think. not really that big of a deal

This is great!

It was lame as hell with them in separate divisions...to play The GAME - and then potentially, replay THE GAME again...in the conference championship.

Now it's back to one and done and meaning something.

I'm sure Nebraska is dancing today.

All of these are temporary until there are 4-16 team conferences.
