you gotta know that's a joke

I'm of the belief that while absolutely an all time great, Kobe is very overrated in comparison to the other all time greats.

Well his only rivals at his position took themselves out of competition pretty early (Carter,McGrady),one came on to late(Pierce) and one suffered a career-altering injury (Hill) thus only he is really only compared to the bigs of his era(Shaq,Duncan and KG) and that tends to swing the convo in his favor. It's been a Duncan-Kobe debate for years now. I like em both.

KG > Duncan.

SGs better all-time than Wade and this is just off the top of my head: Jordan, Kobe, Ray Allen, Oscar Robertson, Jerry West, Reggie Miller, and Adrian Dantley.

Wade doesn't have the longevity, but he's most certainly produced more than Kobe and more efficiently than Kobe over his career. The nubmers definitely show that.

If he Had Kobe's Shaq and Kobe had DWade's Shaq, DWade would have more titles, and we'd all be hailing Wade as better than Kobe, no doubt IMO. And again, this is why titles shouldn't factor in too much when judging individuals.

Not to be a dick but when a person puts Bruce Bowen on their all time list higher than Lebron, no one will take much of anything that person says seriously any more.

Wade has produced more and more efficiently than Kobe.

If you disagree, I'd love to know how.

Plase provide the stats, let's see em.

Cool.

Which individual produced more:

Player A:

25.2 ppg
5.1 rbg
6.2 apg
1.8 spg
1.0 bpg

Player B:

25.4 ppg
5.3 rpg
4.7 apg
1.5 spg
.5 bpg

Which player was more efficient:

Player A:

25.7 PER
.566 TS%

Or Player B:

23.4 PER
.554 TS%(not to be confused with total shooting% LOL)

This thread is about 3 or 4 years too early. Question isnt valid right now. In a few years though, who knows.
