Rickey Henderson was the best athlete I played against. Randy Johnson was the best baseball player I played with or against, but he was nowhere near the athlete Henderson was.

Played against Greg Monroe. Dude was so good. A bunch of others that played D1 but nobody like Monroe

Shut Kenny Hilliard down. He had maybe 30 yards on over 20 carries.
I played D line, so I did my job. Had 3 sacks in the game. A few weak links in our secondary lost the game. 4th and 20 and the QB would just toss it up. Had a few players try to play hero ball and go for the interceptions, nope. That loss sucked because we were by far the better team.

Lined up on the track against Warrick Dunn, I think he was at 50m before I was out of the blocks.
Also jumped against Kev Faulk and former LSU cb/track guy Troy Twillie. At one meet they had to use tape to lay down a new triple jump mark/board further up the runway so he wouldn't jump out of the back of the pit. Came in second, several feet behind him.
Bonus points: pickup league against Randy Livingston, got dunked on.

Then you also played against my boy Taj at Helen Cox.. he grew up a few houses down from me. He played in college but not D1.
And as for the OP's question... did he mean on the high school team or does AAU count too?

I played with Breshard Perriman. He had a really good season at wr helping Blake bortles Become a top5 pick. I will never forget during track season, he did not run track. But he decided to come out one week just for the heck of it. He went up against some of other Sprinters. He practically jogged, with everyone else running their butts off and he still won by 5 yards
I played against Vincent Dallas, current wide receiver at Tennessee,
Played against Stephen hill, current wide receiver on the jets .

Anyone remember Ricardo Washington for LSU?
My senior year of high school, I played quarterback against his high school team. He intercepted me twice and leveled me on an option keeper.

Played basketball against Word of God back in 2008. They had John Wall, CJ Leslie, Dez Wells, Bishop Daniels and Stephon Drane. Didn't have to play teams like that when I went to a public school.

In high school, against David Price
In college, against David Price, Pedro Alvarez, David Freese, Adam Lind, Jonathan Lucroy, with Michael Mckenry. Lucroy and Lind I wouldn't consider great "athletes" but they were/are ridiculously good at the game of baseball
