They definitely shook hands.
It looks like Sherman leans in and tries to shake with his left (wtf) while Baker isn’t looking, then they shake in passing while looking away from each other.
Maybe Sherman didn’t know who’s hand he was shaking. Again, I have no idea what’s going on with this situation.

As much as Baker is rubbing people the wrong way. This was 100% a bum move by Sherman to blatantly lie about it. Honestly looks like Sherman is the one who doesnt want confrontation.

The one real thing I took away is Baker isn't very smart. He tried to plant a flag into turf...which isn't possible unless you're way stronger than most men. So he didn't even do it successfully.
Regardless, it was a petty move that he apologized for, then unapologized for. He brought it back up this offseason and took his "apology" back so it got brought up again by him
