I wasn't talking about the racing. Denny fans will be probably calling for Joey's head, but it looked like Denny wrecked himself at the end (yeah Joey was plowing into the 11's side, but it looked like Denny hooked the 22 into the outside wall at the very end, then Denny lost control trying to avoid the wrecking 22).
Anyway, Joey has had post-race "fights" the past two weeks. I think that will land him on probation of some sort.

I would imagine NASCAR is going to put him and Denny both on probation, to get them to cool it. This isn't over, I would imagine there will be more carnage to come, which is fine. Denny is a good driver, but he's a bully. He is one of many in the garage that thinks because they are considered "premier" drivers that they shouldn't be challenged by "sub-par" drivers like Logano. They treated Keselowski the same way, and he basically said "not a frick is given" and beat them all for the championship.
This is good for the sport, all these guys are too buddy buddy, and want to blame everyone else for their issues. This will light a fire on Tony's arse, he will probably get Logano.....and my boy Junior is doing awesome! Hope he doesn't wilt in the end.
If Dale Sr were still here, things wouldn't be this way....he would be bumping and running all these little pussies into wins.

Amazing race. Glad to see Dale finish 2nd! Especially after starting 2nd on that restart. Unbelievable race.

Logano all but admitted it was payback for last week in his post race interview

Tony is going to be on probation for sure, but he can be clever in his payback (well it isn't really payback...he's being a big bitch, people get blocked with 10 to go, it happens). He'll probably just tell Danica to race near Joey...within 10 laps the 22 will be on a wrecker.

I fail to see where Logano did anything wrong.
Who wouldn't put a block on someone trying to pass you on a restart. If Tony was so mad about it, why didn't he wreck him right then and there.
On the last lap, Joey looked like he hit the gas earlier than he usually did so he would get beside Hamlin and move him up the track, thus slowing him down. I don't think he was trying to wreck him, just move him up and out the way. The wreck happened when Hamlin tried to retaliate by hooking Logano into the wall. Hamlin then lost control of his steering and went into the inside wall.
I have no problem with what Joey did, it was the last lap. You do what you got to do.

Denny didnt do anything wrong. Logano ran up the track, ran all over Denny and ran across the front of his car. He wrecked himself and took Denny with him. If Denny gets punished, it's bullshite.
Not saying either did anything wrong, they didnt. That shite happens. Logano lost it trying to hold it down and ran up the track, hit Hamlin and hooked himself. It's racing. Not the first time it has happened, won't be the last.

When are these guys going to learn to be stealth? Walk over like you are going to congratulate the guy and then throw the punch. When you storm over all pissed off the crew is always going to throw the block. By my count Logano threw one block, one sissy punch, and a water bottle.

Yeah, Denny gave the 22 more than enough room, and I said Joey was plowing into the 11's side. When Joey was 3/4 of the way past the 11, Denny hit the right rear quarter panel of the 22. Denny was practically in the the wall, but I thought I saw the 11's wheels turn left there at the end. Denny might not have any choice at that point besides to get off the gas. Something turned the 11 hard left, I doubt it was him being run up into the outside wall. Just my take on it. NASCAR hasn't put up a video of it yet since Denny got hurt.

They are all such attention whores, I don't think it's possible.

I love Kyle just strolling by.

1. I'm no fan of Lagano but he was literally just racing to win. He did drive it in too far on the last turn but you do what you gotta do to win.
2. Hamlin is a bitch and deserves whatever he gets
3. Stewert is nothing but hot air. Anyone on the track would have blocked for P1 with 10 to go. Same old drama queen Stewart
4. Jr. came from absolutely nowhere for a 2nd and the points lead

He probably did turn left...trying to save it. Logano was still going up the track. Hamlin was all over the place as well by the time Logano go to his quarter panel...he had to let off to try to correct it, that's how Logano got to be in that position anyway. I honestly thought they raced each other pretty cleanly. Just racing hard.

Never said Denny did. Logano basically admitted he hit Denny on purpose. I think at the end Denny tried to hook the 22 into the outside wall, then go low. I don't care for either driver, so I don't think I'm being biased. Haven't had a chance to see the replay since they aren't showing it right now
Posted on 3/24/13 at 6:41 pm to The Nino
I know what you meant. I was basically agreeing. I watched the replay and if it was any other situation between any other drivers, it would have been over and done with 5 minutes later...that's how big of a non issue this is. Those two guys a week later is the only story.

It was a hell of a race. It looked like what Daytona should have looked like. This Gen6 is debuting pretty well. Martinsville sure is going to be interesting.
