What point have you made in this conversation? The best you ever have in any argument is “you’re not really a fan”. Zero substance to that either boss man, which is why I don’t really respect you enough to do more than call you names.

I'm not going to complain about the Braves having a fairly easy June considering we all have easy schedules since less than half the teams in the NL are actually trying to win at this point and there are so many noncompetitive teams. But this is not a good response
Those all came early in the year when the Braves were struggling to get going. They haven't lost or tied series to those teams in months. The Mets have. And they lost all four to the Astros, just as I said. So all this talk about "can't beat good teams" is just hypocritical. Both teams can beat good teams, and lose to them, and have done so.

You can read the points I've made. I'm calling out the hypocrisy of the Mets fans, and you're just making excuses. Saying that all I say is that you're not a fan is an outright lie. You act like a child, and you don't respect me, because you don't respect anyone. You're a miserable poster.

A larger lead than the last time we played when yall were allegedly about to take the division from us. It may very well happen at some point, but its not happening in this series.

The Mets have a 27-19 record against what I would qualify as "good" teams (ATL, PHI, STL, MIL, LAD, SDP, NYY, HOU)
The Braves have a 20-23 against "good" teams (same sample of NL teams but the Braves haven't faced the Yankees or Astros)

I mean I said one thing not even defending them, just saying I get why they are here, and their thread is supposedly anchored anyway. Do you honestly think it’s that surprising that they are posting here? Would half of our regulars not be in their thread if we beat them?

Take a look at the Mets September schedule, it has more cupcakes than a big 10 football squad. Braves aren’t winning the division this year

He caught a night game Tuesday and a day game Wednesday. Giving him a day off wasn't the worst idea. He'll catch two more games this weekend and probably DH in the two when he isn't.
TDA has really been struggling at the plate for awhile now too. It doesn't get talked about as much but he hasn't homered since June, hasn't had an extra base hit for almost a month, and only had one multi-hit game in July.
