Yeah, I would definitely give him a day or two off. DH him a couple of days, at the least.

One of the biggest issues in the NLDS last year was that we were just out of gas.

If we don't take advantage of what should be a meaningless September for us, we're idiots.

AJ must’ve not been able to find a white toe plate lol

The black one kinda stands out.

Agree, but the Braves were mentally spent last season after running down the Mets. The key this year is to have the team peaking for the playoffs.

Is Lauren slowly taking Kelly’s job?

I’m all for it. I’ll never forgive Kelly for what she did to Ronald

There were a lot of similarities between last year and 1993. Spent the entire second half chasing down the division, ran out of gas, and lost to a clearly inferior Phillies team in the playoffs.

It’s crazy how much the new rules have changed things. Every other year, Ronnie tries to turn that into a double. Now, he just holds up and waits to swipe 2nd. Better odds than trying to stretch it.

Or just waits for Riley to hit one 463 feet

This Braves team might hit 60 HR in the first inning if they used the 2019 ball and played their home games in Coors East.

Four 3-ball counts AJSS already.

Or that.

But the point is he doesn’t have to take that chance now, because he knows he can always steal 2nd if he needs to.

Man, I really hope he can get his launch angle up a bit for the last couple months. He’s averaging 50% ground balls. Helping his average and obviously all those singles are why he’s got 50 bags already, but I think he’s on pace for like 38 home runs and 79/80 SBs. Which would be an amazing season obviously, but I’d hate for him to come a couple homers short of being, what, the 5th 40/40 guy? (Canseco, Bonds, ARod, Soriano?)

So this pitcher had TJ on his left arm per Brandon?

Yelich with a Rosario-like grab in left.

In his last handful of starts in Atlanta and Gwinnett, it just seems like AJSS' pitches either miss a foot off the zone or catch a fat part of the plate.
