Not that I agree with that trade scenario but AA may actually have to sign a top flight free agent. Not that he’d ever do that but it’s not like it’s impossible to do.

You haven't been there in awhile, then. Dan Gilbert has pumped a shitload of money into downtown and it has been completely revitalized. Downtown Cleveland and the areas a little bit west (Lakewood, Tremont, and Ohio City specifically) are awesome places to spend a day.
East Cleveland and Euclid are basically Port-au-Prince, though.
