then you are clueless. i have not seen anybody say that. we coulda hoped had we not choked today,or at least win in 5 which was doable.

yup. bingo
But just because we may not finish the job in LA doesn't mean this series is over.
ETA: LOL at the downvote for being rational.

Yep and the Dodgers choked in game 2.

now we may be in desperation mode in game 5 to even get 1 win out there
Like the Dodgers were today.
I get it, you're looking at it from purely a Braves standpoint, but the Dodgers are reeling just as much, if not moreso than us.
We've been consistently putting up good at bats against their best pitching.

It just concerns me that if you give them enough chances, eventually guys like Betts and Turner will heat up. Their lineup simply has a different gear than ours does when they get going. I don't want them to get going.

You could also say the same when it comes to Freddie.
We were very lucky to win 2 games with him being a net negative, now it looks like his swing is back and pretty much anytime he has had a slump or minislump, he usually immediately bounces back in a big way.
Lets also not forget that the Dodgers have gone to their bullpen by at least the 4th inning in every game so far... that won't end well for them in a 6-7 game series.

Isn’t Betts OPSing like .900 in this series despite going 0-4 in game one? Seems like he hasn’t made an out the past two games.

Matzek retired him pretty easily today in the 7th.
It would've been Betts' last AB if Matzek stayed in for the 8th.

After cooling off, I still like our chances. I just hate these announcers. Second straight year they've sucked off the Dodgers. If we win tomorrow, I absolutely love our chances. If not, we have Fried, Anderson, and Morton in the last 3 games. The Dodgers staff is spent. I think we can take 2 of the last 3 if we can't pull it off tomorrow

Tonight hurt. No doubt about it. We had the chance to go up 3-0 and put it pretty much away. With ease. But that’s also why the dodgers have won 105 games. They know how to win. Gotta put it behind em no matter how bad it sucked. Come out tomorrow and get up early and take control again. We got this!

The Dodgers have used seven pitchers or more in the first three games of the LCS and six pitchers in the last two games of the LDS against the Giants. Their pitching staff is running on fumes right now. I don't see them surviving for much longer before going completely off the rails. Braves are still very much in a dominant, catbird seat position.

Still like where we are at, but unfortunately can't help but feel that the game yesterday is gonna end up costing us the game today. Don't see us turning the momentum around with a bullpen game. Need Max to throw a gem, and the. Win 1 our of 2 at home.

We've seen this movie before, as recently as last year and many times over the years. Steel yourselves Braves fans

I fully expect the Dodgers to win the next three, but hopefully I’m wrong. Looking back on last night, I think Snitker messed up.
He had a great year and postseason so far.
Everything he’s done so far has worked until last night. I think you have to manage with a feel for the game, instead of just what you have planned out on a piece of paper.
Even though his spot was up, I’d have let Morton try the 6th, he had settled in.
And Matzek should’ve came back for the 8th. And after the Bellinger home run, you have to know Jackson is done and go get him then. No need to let him go ahead and lose the game as well.
And the pitch Bellinger hit out was awful. You had just thrown one at that exact same eye level. You throw a breaking ball there, he probably misses it by a foot. Worst-case he dumps in a single.
