Probably means he runs in the high 4.5s or low 4.6s. No need for bad press before the draft. Guess he thinks his tape speaks for itself.

Agree. 4.6-4.7 guy most likely. Knows he will go in the first round regardless, does not want to jeopardize that. I get not running at the combine. Still somewhat of a red flag not running at his pro day in his back yard, those times are always much more “generous”.
