Arizona gets the ball to start the half. Taking the 3 points was the right thing to do.

No one said they should have gone for it, but stoops was more concerned with playing keep away then securing a td

Really? Sucks for Oregon, kid's a baller

Half of the previous page was calling for a fake. Would have been a stupid move.

How is that not what the trap play would do? unless you are saying they score a TD and leave more time on the clock.

For the 2nd half, Oregon - 11.5 and 33 for the line.

Win or lose..
Boise barely surviving a mediocre VaTech after early 17-0 lead..
Oregon lumping an overrated Pac-10, and struggling for huge chunks of the ASU, Cal, and Az games..
And TCU's "quality wins" over totally overrated Utah and then slightly underrated SD St..
I say fine, if the SEC is to have a team need vacate a natty title, or be ruled ineligible prior to it, then so be it..
Most of America's anti-SEC slant is begging for someone else to win the title, just for the sake of change, and/or to shut-up SEC fan. Let 2010 become 1984 BYU Redux, in letting Oreg-Boise or Oreg-TCU be that quarter century aberration, of fluky/arguable "soft champ".
While America knows in their heart that the SEC has at least three or four teams capable(probably favored Offshore and LV) of beating any of the left-coasters, especially with a month to prepare X&O-wise for the gadgetry.
Are Boise and TCU closing the gap on the AQs? Oh yeah. But, are they still underdogs of a "any given Saturday" angle to besting a SEC team in the BCSCG? Hell yes.
And over a decade later, with all of Phil Knight's money, with some close runs at natty hardware under Bellotti, is Kelly's Oregon still a finesse Pac-WAC-MtnW "offensive gadgeter" that still has a soft side towards Defense, and beating a powerhouse in a moneygame for hardware? I highly suspect so.

I would just like to say that for anybody that happened to see the university of arizona commercial. Don't be dissolutioned, their campus is a shithole. The only cool thing is they have/had a telescope mirror making facility under their stadium.

After the LSU-Tennessee game you're going to call their defense soft? A lot of other teams have that right this year...but not LSU.
