I always hear people talk about steroids with their numbers being an anomaly and what not and go directly to the conclusion of steroids. What if someone had numbers (homeruns) like this, do you think something was up?

I think those numbers are about as strange as anything i've seen. What about you?

Way more stranger than lets say these hr numbers:

The Maris numbers always did seem a bit odd to me.

1st #'s - Maris
2nd #'s - Bonds

I heard the theory about Maris and Roids on the radio this morning. While an argument can be made, it's a ridiculous one.

Baseball players took "greenies" back then, I always wonder why no one mentions that?

It bewilders me how we sit here and hold like babe ruth numbers as the holy grail when he played against only whites who worked multiple jobs. There is not one thing in baseball through the years that is "fair". Every park has different size fields, how the hell is that fair? How do you even legitimize numbers in baseball when you can't even legitimize the type and size field you are playing on. It's all laughable IMO. But we want to get our panties in a twist just over steroids!

One of the biggest pieces of evidence that people present in the Bonds/Roids arguent is the monumental growth of bonds in his late career.

Maris was always skinny. He did not get bigger, ever.

Roids, while not illegal then, were not as prevalent and harder to come by back then. It was freaking 1961 people!
