Wade has been busting his arse for years for the Heat

There was a pretty long stretch in the middle of the season where he was getting ripped apart by Miami local media for a completely lack of effort on defense.

My roommate's favorite player is Wade, and I sat through games where he was extremely pissed at the effort he put forth. Honestly, I never thought it was quite as bad as he did. But I guess the fact that I didn't give a frick about the Heat and they were his favorite team had something to do with that.

IMO, I can't see any logical argument for KD over Dwade. Just can't.

I said this in another thread, but if Kobe gets 1st-team All-NBA over Wade this year, I'm going to murder every last one of the voters.

Not All NBA, but a case made for DWade and Tony ALlen getting robbed for All defense that Kobe got.

Well, I didn't say every facet of Dwade's game was better lol.

Just saying, taking everything into account, I certainly couldn't make a logical case for KD over DWade.

Well I don't think the all-defensive team is for all 5 positions, I just think it's for the 5 best defensive players.

Which is a joke anyway, considering Kobe isn't a top 3 defender at his own position, let alone top 5 at any position.

Well this was a serious comment.

Wade/James will end up being a better combo than Jordan/Pippen. Both Wade and James are much better offensive players than Pippen.

I don't think people realize how many titles Wade and James are going to win if they end up winning it this year.

ETA: Assuming both players are healthy in the playoffs the next 3 or 4 years.

if they can both stay healthy, sky is the limit

supporting pieces will only get better, as vets who are chasing a ring will join the Heat for cheap in the future. definitely a scary combo

While i agree with the amount of titles they are capable of winning, it still has to actually happen

Pretty tough to top the Bull's accomplishments, so I'll start believing that when they win their first three-peat.

And they both play great defense too. James will go down as a top 5 player of all-time at worst. Wade could potentially be top 10. It's an insane duo.

The phrase "wayyyy to early to tell that" is wayyyy overrated.

First off, legacies are bullshite. LeBron James is already one of the 5 best players I have ever seen. You can't name 5 players who have had a better 3-year run than LeBron has had recently. Actually, you can't name 3.

What is not bullshite is health. If there are injuries, then everything is out the window. But there is nothing that makes me believe that Wade and James won't both still be awesome basketball players for the next 2 or 3 years as long as both are healthy.
