Not night in and night out over the last few years. Sure, he was always good for great highlights, but he didn't play hard every night like LeBron and Kobe. But, to be fair, his team wasn't a championship contender. The motivation wasn't there.
I just dont really see it with Wade. He averaged 26/6/5 last year. And 33/7/6 in the playoffs

I don't have anything against the Mavs, but I really do hope it is a Heat/Mavs final again just to smile when the Mavs shite their collective pants again.

I want to see Mark Cuban rush the court and try to fight a ref

Mavs didnt "shite their pants" last time... they were fricked by the refs and all objective fans of the game know it.
and all I know about LeBron is.. he choked against the Magic, and quit against the Celtics

Well doesn't that kind of sum it up? Granted, it was a small sample size in the playoffs, but that's a huge boost in statistics in the game that actually matter.
ETA: In 2010, Kobe and LeBron didn't have near the numbers boost from the regular season to the playoffs that Wade did.

A couple months ago Ryen Russillo, who i repsect, said(pre big 3) Wade went harder for Miami than any player in the league.

Give me Durant over Mr. Glass.

I'm not shitting on it, I'm just saying that he was much, much better in the post-season against a really good defensive team in the Celtics. When he goes hard, he goes harder than anyone. But he didn't go hard night in and night out. I watched a shite ton of their bullshite games on League Pass thanks to my roommate being from south Florida. It's just something I noticed.
Like I said, he's the 2nd best player in the league though. One of my favorites.

BB03 isn't saying Wade did anything wrong. the fact is just that NBA players don't go all out every night until the playoffs. and its smart, it isn't worth getting hurt in the 82 game regular season

Especially great players who aren't on championship contenders.

if Ifs were fifths, we'd all be drunk......but
If DWade were a couple inches taller, I think he'd be right in the running for the greatest player ever.....right up there with MJ.

However, he didn't care night in and night out until this year when the super team was created.
He may not "have cared" from 2007-2009 but he sure as hell cared in 2006 when he won the Finals with this:
Hasleem and Posey splitting time at one forward
Walker playing the other forward
an old arse Shaq and a back from the dead Mourning sharing center duties
and an old arse Payton playing the other guard.
He won that Finals series with four teammates who played defense: Hasleem & Posey took turns shutting down Dirk, Peyton was an still an adequate defender and Mourning looked like the transplant layoff energized him.
He was the only consistent scorer in the series and some say he basically won it by himself.

Sure, I'm not talking about 2006. A year in which the Heat were a championship contender going into the year, and they knew it.

Wade is probably even better now than he was n 06. He was pretty active in the paint on D tonight
Posted on 5/9/11 at 9:54 pm to sgallo3
I said this in another thread, but if Kobe gets 1st-team All-NBA over Wade this year, I'm going to murder every last one of the voters.

you forgot Bennett Salvatore and Dan Crawford

D-Whistle had a few extra teammates that series.

Can you imagine how much better they would be with a healthy Hasleem?
Posted on 5/9/11 at 10:00 pm to chinese58
You never know. He couldn't have made them that much better.
Posted on 5/9/11 at 10:07 pm to BayouBengals03
I think Haslem would have helped them a lot in rebounding also he's a lot better offensively than Anthony.
