Right

You want a paycheck you show up and do your job. He’s the reason they gave him notification. He started the fight.

I’m sorry you’re dumber than I thought

A person familiar with the situation says the Jacksonville Jaguars have notified running back Leonard Fournette that his suspension late last month voided the remaining guarantees in his four-year rookie contract.

Well now we now why he wasn’t ‘interested’ in today’s game.

Neither him or Yelton want/will be with Jaguars going forward.

frick that.

There are plenty of team's willing to take on a talent like Fournette.

Not for what a #4 pick is projected to make in 2019 and 2020.

That doesn't even include the Jags trying to claw back the prorated portion of his signing bonus if Coughlin really wanted to be a dick.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel the Jags are overreacting over this stuff.

he just finished his 2nd season

Obviously it’s not going to work in Jax. Neither party wants to go forward. He needs to get out ASAP and work on staying healthy.

Run across the field to fight someone if there is a clause in your contract that voids your guarantee money if you get suspended

Sounds like Coughlin wants to set some tone but it's easier to do with Leonard cause he's on their shitty offense than with Ramsey.

I want to see him with a competent offense around him before judging him as a bust, but he doesn’t look great.

Agreed. Imagine him in Philly instead, I think he'd be better than whoever they fielded this year.

But he's still stuck with them another year. Jags are cap needy, but he doesn't hit you for much that you'd recoup much.

Bigger issue is the vast # of defensive players they're paying who are underperforming.

What has Ramsey done to get suspended?

Ramsey runs his mouth but wasn’t suspended by the league that I can recall

Could Jacksonville cut TJ Yeldon, too? Or not resign him?

He was on the bench all game as well. He wasn’t a healthy scratch, though.

idk as much as I love LSU players. This is all on LF , shows up overweight that hasn’t produced. Then he acts like this with the fans. I think it’s a really smart business decision by the Jags

Oh I guess. But I don’t think he’s thinking about contract specifics in that moment.

Probably but Tom needs to see if he can light a fire and get him going or his arse is next as the guy who drafted him over two star QBs while extending Bottles.

In other words, Coughlin is desperate to make some chicken salad out of chicken shite with his draft management.

3 ypc behind that fricking Oline with that fricking quarterback should get you in the hall.

Total stance change from a few years ago when Trent Richardson was falling forward for 2 ypc

He has made over $20 million his first 2 years, he is owed $7 million over the next 2 years.

If the Jaguars cut ties, he’s probably excited.

Don’t be Trent Richardson get your money up front

Seems like he has had issues and the latest was the last straw.

Sounds like he is fed up with running into 8 man defensive fronts. He has been doing that the past 5 years of his football career. I can't remember a RB who has had to play with worse QB between LSU & the Jags.

But Coughlin has done it right way. They didn’t announce it. Let Fournette choose his actions. Today probably was last straw
