I watched the finals of h Premier League this afternoon and all the games went to deciders.

Luke Littler beat Gerwyn Price 10-9, Luke Humphries beat Jonny Clayton 10-9 and in the Championship match, Littler beat Humphries 11-10.

Littler won 350,000 British Pounds Sterling which converts to $470,539 U.S.

Not bad money for playing on Thursdays for 17 weeks in the spring all over European venues.

He finally broke down and cried after he won, said he thought about quitting after the Van Veen incident and the fans reaction. Alot of people forget he's just 19.
That last match was incredible both averaging above 110 for almost the whole match.

If you have Samsung TV Plus, Darts tournament is on Fan Duel Extra, Littler isnt playing but alot of the rest of the top guys are Nijman, Noppert, Bunting, Van Veen and Wade. Plus Doets and Zoneveld have been playing pretty good this year

I catch the darts on Fanduel TV now, but for several years I had the PDC Live subscription that streamed about 500 hours of darts a year between Majors, the Premier League and floor events.

I actually prefer the floor events where it's just the production crew, score caller/scorekeeper and the 2 players------no raucous fans acting like fools trying to distract players.

I remember playing back in the late 80’s in Hammond, La. Every bar had their own team.

I played on the North Shore for one season in the mid 90's when a friend of mine who lived over there needed players to make up a team. Traveling the Causeway twice a night on Tuesday got old fast and I only lasted one season.

It took about as long to travel as it did to play the matches-----plus, it was a fall league and I was running back and forth on a motorcycle.
