Any of you know what’s going on at East MS? I see Buddy Stephens is out.

I have been through Scuba and Toomsuba actually. They were on my bucket list just after Salzburg and Tirol. Just didn't visit their higher education centers as I caught up in the Jack Dudley calling trail.

The BP there used to make a pretty good philly cheese steak sandwich. There was also a coke machine at the police station that dispensed the old fashioned glass bottles. A tourist attraction for everyone

My family and a few friends had a hunting lease in Shuqualak. I believe it was the third year that Will Clark bought the property next to it and the following year he either owned or leased the land we had leased. I don't know if it was old growth bottom land along the Noxubee River or if it had been cut, but it was some of the most impressive timber I have ever seen. I am pretty sure those 4-5 years transformed me into the outdoor loving person I am today. It's in the middle of nowhere, but it is an incredible place.
There are some massive deer in that area. If I was Stephens I would not be too upset about being let go. Just more time to spend in the woods.

Ill never forget the episode where they split time between EMCC and MSU and at the end of the episode they absolutely purposely highlighted how different Buddy and Dan Mullen were/are
Both were upset with how practice went yet Buddy spent the time cursing and insulting and belitting. Dan used it as an opportunity to preach self improvement

my favorite part of Last Chance U was how effortlessly Buddy went from calling his players every nasty thing under the sun to the lord's prayer
I remember reading Godfrey's article on Mullen after he left MSU for Florida. The faux religious face he had to put on after Freeze got to Ole Miss to recruit in state really bothered Mullen
