Yea, goal line stand started at the 1. Instead of kicking they went for it on 4th down and got stopped

Have you seen most of the high school FG kickers ? They’re not very good and many are unreliable. I’m guessing the Easton HC had more trust in his offense gaining 1 yd vs. the inconsistent FG kicker. Local radio station reported that the Easton OL averaged 6’3” 300 lbs.

right before Warren Easton missed the XP on their second TD, the commentator mentioned that the hurricane messed up their goal post nets and they couldn’t practice kicking because the balls would be constantly going into peoples yards.
I understand that’s not a good reason, but I’m assuming not getting much practice kicking had a lot to do with keeping the offense on the field.

Karr has 5 in that decade... and Neville has 3. The other winners were EJ, Carencro, and Westgate with 1 each. Easton has 0.
Easton wins them all, Karr has 4, Easton has 3, Neville 2
